I thought the amount of butter might be a bit excessive but it was delicious! Might help to change the ingredients to 2C of cooked bacon instead of just bacon. Overall this was super simple, cooked exactly as specified and let cool 10 min before serving. The gooey bottom is offset by the crunch on top, which was great for me, but my husband has a weird thing with textures and wasn’t really a fan of the gooey bottom.
