Absolutely delicious! I did have to add some extra flour in during kneading because it was soooo sticky. Will 10000% make again! Any suggestions on how to make the dough ahead and bake just before needing them?

You can freeze in the right shape. Then thaw and cook

They are one of my absolute favorites and always a crowd pleaser! To make ahead, you can always make them and then after rising the knots, put them in the fridge and then pull out a bake when you are ready.
