I’m not getting the same rise, help!? Also mind stuck to the parchment paper and got distorted before I boiled them. Is that normal?

It is normal for them to stick a little bit but you can always add more flour to avoid that. Rise times are dependent on a lot of factors so go by look more than time. Add more time if needed. Make sure to not over rise or they will deflate though.
