Question is there a version where we don’t add tons of sugar. Like a no sugar added version?

If you reduce the sugar you’d have to use a low sugar pectin.

I love me some strawberry jam on a piece of sourdough! This jam is delicious, simple, and stores very well. I loved making this and will be giving some away for gifts!
