I have a Pullman loaf pan. I think that’s what it’s called. I’m going to try it next time.

Question on the mix part I don’t have a mixer with dough hook having to do by hand. How long do I go to?

It's less about time and more about feel. Usually about 10 minutes but you want to get a smooth dough that starts to feel relaxed.

Only thought so far is, when you adjust how much you’re baking. The measurements do not adjust in the method tab. It got a little confusing because I had to keep flipping back to the measurements I was using. Other than that, I’m loving this app. It’s wonderful and I have so many things I plan on making!

So glad you are liking it! Unfortunately I do not have the ability for the method to adjust. I could just omit the exact amounts but don’t know if that would be helpful either. Thanks for the feedback!

These turned out great! I love that you can easily adjust the ingredients and instructions for the amount you’re making. The “cooking mode” is also great so you don’t get confused on which step you’re on. Over great recipe for baking with and eating!
