If I wanted to brush with butter, could I do that in place of the egg wash?

I’d just omit the egg wash altogether if you don’t want any to use the egg.

My oven needed a few extra minutes and mine dont look as pretty but easy to make! Cant wait to taste.

Another one of my absolute favorites I’ve made so far! These are so tasty, so easy, and very much replicate those delicious soft pretzels at concession stand football games… but BETTER!! Slather on some butter and some nacho cheese..: perfection!
