In a blender, blend the eggs until bubbly. Next, add the flour, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Blend again until smooth.

4 Egg

1 1/4 cup All purpose flour

3/4 cup Milk

2 tbsp Cane sugar

1 tsp Vanilla extract

Step 3

Let sit for 15 minutes while you prepare your cast iron pan.

After 15 minutes, reduce the heat to 350° F and bake for another 15-18 minutes or until the sides are golden brown and the center is cooked through.
