Hi Mel! We’d want to use dried herbs and not fresh right? How long will this last for in a Mason jar if using homemade bread (and then dried in the oven)?

Yes. Dried herbs. For shelf life, it will depend a lot on how much moisture you’re able to get out of the bread. I’ve had it last multiple months when drying my own bread but storebought will last even longer.

You can sometimes find it by the boxed meals and stuffing mixes, however I prefer to make it. Just cube up some bread and toast it in the oven under low heat.

No specific recipe. Just keep an eye on it until it is dehydrated. It should be close to a crouton!
