Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Before you begin, preheat your canner and sanitize your jars, lids and rings.

Step 2

Start preparing the juice: Place 1 quart of water in a medium-sized pot and bring it to a boil.

Step 3

Meanwhile, wash all your berries and hull the strawberries. Slice your strawberries into quarters; leave the other berries whole.

1/2 cup Strawberries

1/2 cup Blueberries

1/2 cup Raspberries

Step 4

Place the prepared fruit inside your sanitized jar, then add the sugar.

1/3 cup Sugar

Step 5

Once all the ingredients are in the jar, carefully pour in the boiling water to fill the jar, leaving 1 inch of headspace.

Step 6

Wipe the rim of your jar, add the sanitized lid and secure the ring until it is fingertip tight.

Step 7

Your juice is now ready to be processed in the water bath canner. Process for 20 minutes, remove the jar and let cool on the counter for 24 hours.

Notes
