Just realized I'm out of milk, do you think heavy cream would work?

I think it would! I would probably add a little water to the cream to make it just a bit more like milk though!

I made them this morning with 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup heavy cream. Followed all other directions and they turned out amazing!

If I could give them 10 stars I would, these are like red lobster biscuits but BETTER! I added the cheese and garlic powder, only had a Mexican cheese blend on hand and it turned out great, can’t imagine it being even tastier with freshly shredded cheese though!
