So I ended up adding a little bit more flour than it called for, but they made pancake bites perfectly in the oven 350. Time I think was 7 min but not positive since I wasn’t sure how long to leave them

This recipe is so simple, it’s a favorite of my little one because she can make them on her own. The recipe makes really fluffy pancakes and they always come out nice.

I wanted to add that they also store well…we have both frozen and refrigerated leftovers in the past and they always heat up nicely!

Yes! They store perfectly. We like to freeze or refrigerate and then pop them in the toaster for and easy breakfast!

My little kids and older kids (19 and 16) love these! I just made a bunch this morning and sent with my son back to college :)
