These could be frozen right? I am looking for things to make that I can send back to college with my son that he could just throw in the oven or microwave and be ready to go.

Yes! You can freeze them! I will say that they would be better warmed up in the oven or a toaster oven, rather than a microwave though.

First time finally making homemade dough for anything and really enjoyed the process! These were really good! Made half sausage & half pepperoni.
