Has anyone frozen the dough ball? Some days I want to make the dough a few days in advance to plan for pizza, would be nice to prep a few and thaw to use.

I have frozen the dough before but I always shape it first and then freeze it. That way it’s already shaped, I can just add the toppings and then into the oven it goes. No thawing needed😊

Made pizza again tonight! Stuffed the crust too! And did a little seasoned egg wash around it 🤤. Tonight’s win was Bbq chicken pizza! 💕

Is there a way to freeze premade pizzas? How would I go about this with messing up the dough?

Yes! You’ll want to flash freeze the formed dough. Then remove, add the sauce & toppings, and cover. Place back in the freezer.

This pizza crust is better than any store bought! We did ham and bacon and a bbq chicken pizza. This recipe is now a staple in our house… my husband asks for homemade pizza about once a week! Love it!
