I can’t remember the last time I bought bread. I make 3-9 loaves at a time and pre slice/freeze them. Still tastes great after being out for a couple days (I’ve always had trouble with bread being cross after it cools off)

The water content would not change if you use instant yeast.

Due to limited bowl size; I reduced the recipe to make 2 loaves. DELICIOUS!!! Will bake again!
