I use this recipe for all of my fruit crisps. This includes apple, peach, rhubarb, cherry, etc. Simply adjust the sugar amount depending on how sweet your fruit is. For example: Add a bit more sugar for rhubarb and tart cherries or limit sugar for sweeter fruits like peaches or strawberries.
